  • The American-Lights® UV air cleaner covered under the 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee with a 30-day manufacturer?s refund can be returned not later than 30 days from day of purchase for a full refund. This Guarantee is only valid for product purchased directly from American Air & Water, Inc. and when the return is authorized by American Air & Water, Inc.

    All cancelled orders or products returned unopened which are not covered under the 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

    All returns of products that have been used must be authorized by American Air & Water, Inc. In addition to subtracting the 30% restocking fee the refund for these returned products will be pro-rated based on the condition of the product and the time it has been used.

    For all warranty returns an RGA number must be obtained from American Air & Water, Inc. Along with the RGA number American Air & Water, Inc. may provide a Return label.

    If your returned product does not meet all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected and sent back to you at your cost. Consequently, your RGA will be withdrawn, any credit request will be denied and you will be charged for all shipping to and from our location. By requesting an RGA and/or shipping a return in violation of this policy you agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our location.

    All returns must meet the following criteria:
    Unopened or "like new" condition
    Original packaging
    Valid Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number
    Original packing slip or a copy of the invoice
    The return must be complete and include all accessories
    Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information)
